Wanted a red second hand. Second hand is indeed red!

Really amazing! I often sit at dinner tables with big CEO’s who like to show off their “Other Brand,” and this gets them every time. Extremely high quality, crisp movements, and striking detail! Not to mention the crew has a great sense of humor, while being professional, prompt, cooperative, and informative in their responses. Oh, they even somehow managed to take in a custom order in California on a Friday (5-link bracelet, custom bezel, and silly engraving on the case back) and somehow, there was the watch, in MA, first thing on a Monday!!! Worth every penny. The only gripe is that the 5-link bracelet clasp can feel pointy/sharp at times at the edges. Either way, what would YOU rather have? 30 Relax watches… one for everyday of the month… that DON’T make you look pompous?? Orrr only ONE of the, “Off-brands,” that make you look like you would ignore a waiter at 110 Grille, patiently trying to take your order while you complain to Enrique, the hardworking owner of auto detailing shop, on your new scratch/dent air pods?? All because you brought your 2014 E-Class in for what you consider a quick job, and they rushed to finish by the 3:15pm deadline you gave them, but the floor mats weren’t fully dry yet. So now you’re telling poor Enrique that he needs to take ownership of his crew’s ineptitude and rectify the situation by cleaning your wife, Veronica’s, Honda Odyssey that she drives your daughter’s cliquey soccer friends around in as the make mean comments about their teammate, Olivia, because she doesn’t even use foundation the right way. Meanwhile the waiter is still standing there, getting double sat, and you can’t decide if you want your regular NY strip cooked med-well or if you want to try the shrimp scampi because it’s Friday during lent and even though you don’t go to church, you want William, who just had a long day at HR take notice of your religious observances??? Relax watches win every time! Already ordering another.

Great workmanship, it feels solid on your wrist. I needed some modification done to my watch after receiving it and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and quality.
