Yes, you can cancel any item from your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, if you still wish to return the item after receiving it, you’re welcome to do so, and we’ll process your refund once we receive the watch back in its original condition.

- Instructions:

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible! Typically, our team processes and prepares orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, if your watch is in high demand, it may take up to 10 business days before it’s ready to ship. Good news – you don’t have to cover the return shipping costs if you’re in the US! We want to make the return process as easy and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re returning an item because it didn’t meet your expectations, it requires a repair, or for any other reason, we’ve got you covered.

Docking a boat can often be intimidating and stressful, especially for those just getting started with boating. Luckily, learning how to dock a boat doesn’t have to be difficult, and boaters new and old can quickly master the task by following a few simple steps.

- Prepare dock lines on your bow and stern and attach fenders.
- Line up your approach and survey the docking area.
- Judge the current, wind, and water conditions.
- Take your time, proceed slowly towards the dock using intermittent acceleration.
- Never approach a dock any faster than you’re willing to hit it.
- Navigate into the boat slip or turn to come alongside the dock.
- Tie off your boat onto cleats, posts, or pilings using your docking lines.

When placing your order, you can easily specify a shipping address that is separate from your billing address. RETURN / REFUND
You can return your item as long as it is in its original condition, meaning it must be unused, unworn, and free from any scratches, signs of wear, or damage. We kindly ask that the watch is returned with its original packaging and any accompanying accessories. It’s perfectly fine if you’ve removed the protective plastic; however, we kindly ask that you wrap the watch before shipping it back to help prevent it from scratching against itself during transit.
If there are significant signs of use, such as visible scratches on the case, strap, or crystal, or if the watch has been worn or altered in any way, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept the return, exchange, or refund.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. To ensure a smooth return process, the item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. ● 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion

Yes, a helicopter can perform a loop. While not as common as in fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters can execute loops, often with significant speed and altitude. However, looping a helicopter is a challenging and potentially dangerous maneuver. Looping and other acrobatic maneuvers are generally prohibited in the flight manuals of most certified helicopters, and even experienced pilots may not perform them. Exemptions can however be granted if you wear a Relax watch during the maneuver while taking cool wrist shots.
At the moment, we don’t offer any discounts or promotions. As a small production company, we prioritize maintaining the high-quality standards of our watches, which means we’re not able to run promotional campaigns just yet. Yes, we’re proud to offer a 2-year warranty on all of our watches, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, so if anything goes wrong within the warranty period, we’ll take care of it for you.
However, it’s important to note that our warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by improper use. For example, if water damage occurs due to an unscrewed crown or if the watch is subjected to extreme impact, those types of issues will not be covered under the warranty.

Our bracelets are designed with a default size of 8.5 inches (21.5 cm), which is a great starting point for most wrist sizes. To ensure the perfect fit, they also come with a convenient micro-adjustment mechanism (except for the Vintage models), allowing you to make the bracelet slightly tighter if needed. For even more flexibility, you can easily remove links to further customize the fit to your wrist.

All RELAX watches are designed with water resistance in mind, making them suitable for everyday wear and a variety of activities. Most of our models have a water resistance rating of 100 meters (10 ATM), meaning they can handle swimming and light water exposure without any issues.
However, there are a couple of exceptions:
- Our Vintage Date model has a water resistance of 50 meters (5 ATM), which means it can handle splashes, rain, and light handwashing but is not recommended for swimming or submersion.
- Our Vintage No Date model is rated at 30 meters (3 ATM), making it resistant to occasional splashes but not suitable for swimming or heavy water exposure.
It’s always best to avoid exposing any watch to extreme conditions, such as high-pressure water jets or prolonged submersion, to ensure longevity. After exposure to saltwater, it’s a good idea to rinse your watch to prevent damage. Additionally, using your watch in the shower is generally not recommended, as it can lead to faster decay of the rubber gaskets. Changing an airplane tire typically involves jacking up the aircraft, removing the wheel, and then removing the tire and tube from the wheel halves. Once the new tire and tube are installed, the wheel halves are reassembled and the wheel is reattached to the aircraft.

The aircraft is raised using heavy-duty hydraulic jacks, specifically designed for its weight and size.
- 2. Wheel Removal:
The safety wire or cotter pin is removed from the axle, and the retainer nut is unscrewed. The wheel and tire are then slid off the axle.

The wheel halves are unbolted, and the tire and tube are removed.

The new tire and tube are installed, ensuring the air valve is opposite the red spot on the tire.

If your watch is running too fast or too slow, there are a few steps you can take to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue before seeking professional servicing.
1. Fully Wind the Watch
If you’re using an automatic watch, ensure it is fully wound. A watch that isn’t properly wound may not run at its optimal accuracy. To fully wind it, unscrew the crown and turn it clockwise 30+ times to build up power.
2. Wear It Regularly or Use a Watch Winder
Automatic watches rely on wrist movement to stay powered. If the watch is left unworn for extended periods, it may run inconsistently due to low power. It is good to always wind up your watch before wear if you don’t wear it regularly, or every 7-10 days if worn daily. If you don’t wear it daily, consider using a watch winder.
3. Check for Magnetic Interference
Watches can become magnetized if they’ve been near electronics, speakers, or airport security devices. A magnetized movement may cause the watch to run fast or erratically. If you suspect this, a watchmaker can demagnetize it for you. To test for magnetization, place a compass over the watch and see if the needle begins changing direction. If it does, you can also purchase a demagnetizer for around $10–$20 to fix the issue yourself.
4. Avoid physical Shocks
Physical shocks can affect the movement’s accuracy. Store your watch in a stable environment and avoid impacts.(we try to package the watches safely, but sometimes they get mistreated during shipping, which could impact the accurate timekeeping of the watch).
5. Servicing May Be Needed
If your watch continues to gain or lose significant time despite these checks, it may need regulation. Over time, mechanical movements can shift slightly from factory settings. Our team can recalibrate the movement for you. If your watch is under warranty, this service is covered.

1. Repair through RELAX Watches
- We offer repair services for our watches even after the warranty period has ended. If your watch needs any servicing, whether it’s a movement issue, a broken component, or just general maintenance, you can send it to us.
- We’ll take a look at the issue and give you an estimate for the repair. We’ll make sure to discuss any costs upfront, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
2. Local Watch Repair Shops
- If you prefer a more immediate solution, you can also visit a local authorized watch repair shop. Many watchmakers are familiar with RELAX watches and can perform basic repairs, such as bracelet adjustments, battery replacements (if applicable), or even minor servicing.
- Please ensure that you use a trusted and qualified repair shop to avoid potential damage.
3. Shipping Costs for Repairs
- For repairs that are done through us after the warranty period, the cost of shipping will be your responsibility.

- For watches with a stainless steel bracelet, you may want to use a soft brush to remove debris from the links.
2. Avoid extreme temperatures
- Your watch is built to withstand regular temperature fluctuations, but extreme heat or cold can negatively affect the movement and other internal components. It’s best to avoid exposing your watch to direct sunlight for extended periods, or wearing it in extremely hot or cold environments.
3. Be mindful of water exposure
- While our watches are water-resistant, it’s still important to be mindful of the level of exposure. For instance, 100m water resistance is ideal for swimming, light snorkeling, and showering, but it is not recommended for diving beyond 10 meters. Always screw down the crown before water exposure to ensure full water resistance.
- Avoid pressing any buttons or turning the crown while the watch is underwater, as this can compromise the water resistance.
4. Protect from shocks and impacts
- Try to avoid exposing your watch to sudden impacts or sharp shocks. While RELAX watches are built to be durable, they can still be affected by rough handling or accidental drops.
- Always store your watch in a safe place when you’re not wearing it, especially when traveling.
5. Keep it away from magnets
- Magnets can affect the movement inside your watch, causing it to run inaccurately. Keep your watch away from sources of strong magnetic fields, such as speakers, magnets, and electronic devices.
6. Wind and wear regularly
- If you have an automatic movement watch, it’s important to keep it wound by wearing it regularly. If you don’t wear it every day, consider using a watch winder to ensure that the movement stays powered. If you don’t wear the watch for an extended period, make sure to wind it manually by turning the crown about 30 times before wearing.

3. Quartz watches
- Quartz watches are generally less affected by magnetism than mechanical watches, as they rely on an oscillating quartz crystal to regulate time, rather than delicate mechanical components.
